2-day Simplified Technical English (STE) Training
May 23, 2012
How clear and consistent communication can help you save costs and improve your customer experience
Although technical documentation is often considered a ‘necessary evil’, since it is not a company’s core business, documentation is an important (and mandatory) part of your product.
Simplified Technical English (STE) is a method of writing that makes your technical and complex information easy to understand (globally). The adaptation of STE stimulates the (global) acceptance of technical documentation as it improves readability and translatability, and prevents misunderstandings and misinterpretations.
