HyperVoice provides information to the end user through voice, which is supported by illustrations and/ or animations, giving a whole new dimension to technical manuals.
In addition to increased user-friendliness, considerable time and cost savings are the result of HyperVoice, which can be offered by phone, or through web-based applications or electronic devices.
It saves maintenance preparation time, as maintenance engineers can listen and act simultaneously. The system stops after each step and continues only when the engineer has indicated this (through a spoken command or a touched key).
The existing manuals are the basis for the voice recording/transition. The files are converted to a format, which software for text-to-speech transforms to voice.
For the web-based application, as is shown below, the spoken text is accompanied by illustrations and/ or animations and the text.
For the telephone application, the spoken text is accompanied by a booklet with the necessary graphics.
