HyperSales – sales configuration software
Tedopres has developed a sales configurator, HyperSales, a software system that gives the user quick access to a company’s product catalogue: customers can easily order and customise products and parts online. Complex data, which is kept up-to-date through content management, is presented in a user-friendly way so that it becomes easy to customise products and configure them to meet your needs.
HyperParts – online system for parts handling and technical support
With the help of HyperParts, Tedopres’ on-line system for parts handling and technical support, customers can quickly find the right parts for their products. You can use HyperParts to select and order spare parts by looking up the desired part in a drawing, or by using serial, article or customer numbers.
CAD drawings and XVL
Although HyperParts uses CAD drawings, these are not suitable for the web due to their considerable size. By using XVL (eXtensible Virtual world description Language), HyperParts converts CAD drawings to make them suitable for the web, without losing the features of CAD drawings (the drawing can still be rotated). For instance, HyperParts can convert a CAD drawing from 120 Mb to approximately 600 Kb. To order a part, simply click on the required part in the drawing.

Troubleshooting
The use of a database can reduce the time to find and solve problems, so that the concerning machine can be made operational again in no time. A database allows you to look for a problem in more ways than one. For instance, in addition to searching for key words (eg. serial number, part number of customer name), you can also view a tree structure or a break-down of the concerning machine.
The solution can be found in information that was put into the database by service mechanics, but it is also possible to create a direct link to information in operation and maintenance manuals.
